Ask before you buy

A photograph will not tell you whether a jacket fits or whether a pressing is the one you are hunting. Ask, and a person will answer.

Send an enquiry

Sorry to ask. It keeps the robots out.

We use what you send here to answer you and for nothing else. Enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted.

Before you write

Include the item name or the catalogue reference from the listing. For clothing, tell us a garment you already own that fits, and we will compare our flat measurements against it. For records, tell us which pressing you are after and we will read you the runout.

Response time

One working day, usually less. If you have not heard back within two, the message did not arrive, so please send it again.

Already ordered

Quote your order number and we will find it faster. Returns do not need approval first: send it back within fourteen days in the state it left, and tell us it is coming.

Selling something

We buy single pieces and whole collections. Photographs of the actual items, including the parts that are damaged, get a faster and more honest answer than a list.
